Waves to Wine Tour 9 days, 8 nights

This ride will cover Approx. 1975 Miles while enjoying the coast and redwood forests of California, the maritime history of Oregon, and the volcanoes of Washington.
Your vacation will be a round trip beginning, and ending, in San Francisco, CA.

Overview of Ride

Day 1
: We will meet in South San Francisco, Ca, just north of the San Francisco Airport. We will ride to a local restaurant for a casual dinner and Meet and Greet. The hotel is located within walking distance of the San Francisco Bay shore line, providing for a very scenic stroll after dinner.

Day 2: We will ride from the hotel, past Golden Gate Park, and across the majestic Golden Gate Bridge, stopping at the north end for a photo opportunity to view the bridge, and the San Francisco Bay.
From the bridge, we will ride through Marin, to the coast, enjoying the Muir Forest along the way. As we head north on California’s coast Highway, you will be treated to unmatched ocean views, passing through quaint beach towns, and sections of Eucalyptus Forest. We will ride along the Oyster farms of Tomales Bay, north, to Bodega Bay, where we will stop for lunch at the Tides Wharf and Restaurant, one of the sites of the Hitchcock Classic “The Birds”. From Bodega Bay, we will continue north along the coast to Fort Bragg. This is where we will stay for the night. The beach is easily accessible, and provides an opportunity for a truly unique sunset experience. Day 2 will be 185 miles.

Day 3: Leaving Fort Bragg, we will continue north on the Coast Highway as it curves inland, through dense forest. As we climb up in altitude, we will begin to see the majestic Redwoods along the road.
We will join the Redwood highway in Leggit, Ca, continuing north, we will explore the Giant Redwoods, up close and personal. We will ride through historic Victorian towns, have opportunities to photograph local wildlife, including Elk, and take a brief walking tour of a unique trail in the depths of the Redwood Forest. We will explore a small fishing village, and continue north along majestic mountains. For the night, we will stop in the town of Klamath, where the Klamath River meets the Pacific Ocean, and one of the primary spawning paths of the Pacific Salmon. Day 3 will be 196 miles.

Day 4: We will ride north along the coast, entering Oregon, and one of the most rugged coastal areas in the United Sates. The Oregon Coast Line offers views of sheer cliffs, historic lighthouses, and coastal forests. We will stop in the town of Gold Beach to explore a sunken ship, and other local attractions. Continuing north, we will arrive in the port of Coos Bay for the night. Coos Bay offers a rich history as a fishing, and lumber ports, as well as a railroad town. Day 4 will be 164 miles.

Day 5: Leaving Coos Bay Oregon, we will ride north, stopping to explore a lighthouse, and several other historical sites that define Oregon’s maritime history. These will include the remains of a 100 year old ship wreck, still sitting on the beach where she ran aground in 1906. We will end the day in Astoria Oregon, with a view of one of the most impressive bridges in the United States. Day 5 will be 238 miles.

Day 6: Leaving Astoria, we will cross the bridge into Washington, and ride along the Columbia River, stopping at a historic covered bridge along the way. We will continue into Washington to Mount Saint Helens, site of the devastating 1980 eruption. We will stop for a little exploring here, and continue south, and into eastern Oregon. We will stop for the night in Maupin, Oregon, right on the rapids of the Deschutes River. Day 6 will be 258 miles

Day 7: We will continue south from Maupin, riding through the amazing Oregon Desert (Deserts in Oregon? You bet!) We will tour Crater Lake, and continue into Klamath Falls. We will stay in Klamath Falls for the night, visiting some local historical logging, and railroad sites. Day 7 will be 280 miles.

Day 8: From Klamath Falls, we will ride into California, and explore the Lava Beds National Monument, along with a short walking tour of an Indian stronghold. We will then continue around Mount Shasta, and into the historic railroad town of Dunsmuir. From Dunsmuir, we will continue over the Trinity Alps, and back to the lost coast. We will end the day in a historic Victorian town of Ferndale, Ca. Day 8 will be approx 350 miles.

Day 9: From Ferndale, we will take a short ride back to the coast to say our farewells to California’s Lost Coast, then we will head back to the Redwood Highway. We will ride south on the Redwood Highway turning inland toward California’s Wine Country, passing along the shores of Clear Lake, and the many small resort towns that line the lake. We will head south at the east end of the lake, and ride through the foothills where some of the world’s best wines are created. At the end of day 9, we will arrive back at the hotel in South San Francisco, where we will end our tour. Day 9 will be 316 miles

Along this tour you will experience the most spectacular sights the Pacific Coast of the United States has to offer. You will have the opportunity to witness amazing sunsets, the fury of the sea, giant Redwood trees, ship wrecks, volcanoes, battle grounds, and many other natural, and man made wonders. You will experience Victorian Sea Ports, and the local history of these towns. You will see Native American lands that have remained untouched for a hundred years. Finally, you will ride through California's famed Wine Country, reminiscent of France and Southern Italy. You will return to San Francisco, where you may return home, or spend an additional day touring around the city of San Francisco.

The Canyons Ride
is a 7/7 Tour In Nevada, Arizona and Utah
(Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon)


Starting in: Las Vegas, NV
Ends In: Las Vegas, NV

Words will not describe the magnitude of this ride. You just have to experience this for yourself. We begin with a welcome dinner in Las Vegas, followed by a night on the town with your new friends. We will make a loop north from Las Vegas through Zion and Bryce Canyons before heading to the Grand Canyon via some of the most awesome scenery in the western US. We will visit Native American monuments, canyons and rivers along the way. Once at the Grand Canyon, we will spend 2 wonderful nights before returning to Las Vegas. On our full day at the Grand Canyon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy side trips (donkey ride into canyon, rafting and hiking)on your own or ride with the group.

Day 1 – Today we meet our group and settle in our hotel in Las Vegas. For you early arrivals, have fun on the Strip until we meet for our welcome dinner tonight. After dinner enjoy yourself and since we are in Las Vegas, take in the sights and lights. Be sure to save some energy for tomorrow.

Day 2 – This morning we saddle up and swing south a short ways to see the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead before turning north to the beautiful colors of Zion Canyon. Along the way we will find photo ops and leg stretching opportunities in some pretty cool places. We did about 225 miles today.

Day 3 - Today we ride between the canyons as we travel north from Zion Canyon to Bryce Canyon. Now don’t think we are going straight there, that’s not our style. You will ride and see some pretty varied terrain along the way. Tonight we sleep in Bryce Canyon. Today was about 185 miles.

Day 4 – Let’s go to Arizona. Get ready to ride through varied landscapes, cross rivers and canyons and visit Native American monuments. Oh and there will be some twisties before we stop for the evening in the wilds of northern Arizona. Today we rode a little more, about 330 miles.

Day 5 – Today we ride to one of the most beautiful sites Mother Nature has to offer, the Grand Canyon. We will traverse across a high desert, along cliffs and up into elevation and high forest before arriving at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Charge up those cameras. Today is a 235 miles today.

Day 6 – Grand Canyon. Ride with the group, make a reservation to ride a donkey into the canyon or go hiking. It’s all good.Free Day 0 Miles

Day 7 – Finally we have to say goodbye to the Grand Canyon and begin a beautiful ride back to Las Vegas. Tonight is our farewell dinner and what else, another night on the town. “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” Last day out was 225 miles.

What you need to do and what’s not included:
You are responsible for your transportation to and from Tour Base camp of the Ride in Las Vegas, Nevada. You are also responsible for your Gas, Drinks, Lunch and Motorcycle to ride. We do not rent Motorcycles however we are more than happy to assist you with that as well as possibly pick you up at a semi local airport and bring you to the tour base camp to pick up your Rental Motorcycle if you so choose.
If you trailer your Motorcycle, to your tour base camp, we will provide parking so that your vehicle and trailer will be stored while we are on your tour.
Lunch is not provided as some people will want to venture out on their own during the day.
Tips of course are optional for the meal staff and the Guide teams this is at your discretion.

The Best of the West Ride 7/7

Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and Buffalo Bill’s old stomping grounds

Starting In: Denver, CO
Ends In: Denver, CO

This Seven day/seven night ride will take us round trip from Denver, Co, west to the northeastern corner of Utah and then up north to Jackson, WY. From Jackson, WY, we will head into the Grand Teton National Park and then over to Yellowstone National Park. After a couple of days in Yellowstone we will explore Buffalo Bill Cody's, WY. before heading down south to Laramie and ending our trip back in Denver.

Day 1 – Today we head west through the Rocky Mountains, saying hello to the ski town of Steamboat Springs along the way. Weather permitting we will make a detour over to Dinosaur National Monument. After many twisting turns, awesome views and photo stops, we arrive in Vernal, UT for our first evening. Today we covered about 350 miles.

Day 2 – This morning we ride north along the Green River and through the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area to Jackson, WY. We have several wonderful stops along the way for leg stretching and photo ops. This evening we explore the Cowboy town of Jackson, WY with good food and good times. Today we rode about 260 miles.

Day 3 – Today we say goodbye to Jackson as we head out to Jackson Hole and then on through the Teton National Park with stops along the way. This evening we check into our lodging in Yellowstone Park where we will spend the next two nights. We will be able to ride park roads, hike, and just relax in the beauty of Yellowstone. Today’s miles are about 175.

Day 4 – Explore Yellowstone Park. Free Day

Day 5 – Say goodbye to Yellowstone Park today as we head north to Red Lodge, traversing some of the most scenic roads in the West. After our visit to Red Lodge we will meander down to Cody, WY for the evening and explore Buffalo Bill’s town. We rode about 180 miles.

Day 6 – We are not done yet. Today we start back south riding through the mountains and grasslands of Wyoming. Tonight we bunk down in Laramie, WY after about 340 wonderful miles.

Day 7 – As we say at First Class Motorcycle Tours, “we leave the best for last”. On this trip we “save” some of the best for last as we make a loop through the Rocky Mountain National Park on our ride down to Denver. Tonight we will say goodbye for now at our farewell dinner in Denver. Our last day we will cover 225 miles.

Ride the Big Sky 6 Day 5 Nights

Trip Overview: This trip will cover Montana, Wyoming while visiting the old scenic passes and Yellowstone. This ride is a planned 1000 miles you may do more or less depending on your choice of the free day.

Start: Missoula, Montana
End: Missoula, Montana

Day 1: On the day of arrival you will be begin to see why this is called big Sky Country. This trip will start with the same 1st Class standards as you would expect from our company with The picking of your rental bike if needed and then onto our welcome dinner and a chance to kick back and begin to Explore, and Relax as you meet the group and your guide team over Dinner. During the meal you will get a lot of information about what you are going to see in much more depth as well as daily maps, routes and itineraries. So you will be able to experience the most on your trip.

Day 2: (280 miles) The next morning after a great breakfast we will depart Missoula and begin our journey to of experiencing the breathtaking scenery , mountain passes and History of Montana, Wyoming and Yellowstone as we make our way West. Today is a great day for getting a comfortable on your motorcycle as we will not encounter a very technical day of riding but the views and the history will definitely keep you wanting more. A great western style dinner is waiting for us at our nights lodging just outside of Yellowstone. Make sure you charge those Camera batteries because you will need them the trip will just keep getting better day after day!

Day 3: (170 miles) Today is short day of riding as there is so much to see in the park. The other reason is chances are very good that we will encounter a buffalo crossing and be spending sometime on the side of the road waiting on the wildlife to pass by. Hey you are in Yellowstone the view from everywhere is unforgettable! Today will get to touch hot springs, White Sulfur experience the power of powerful waterfalls and just relax and reflect as your guide shows you what is there as well as gives you a lot of knowledge of things happened long ago. We will be staying at the Old Faith Inn tonight. So you will have the chance to walk around and experience Old Faith itself at your leisure after dinner.

Day 4: (230 miles) Your Guide team has a great plan for today! You also have the option of it being a free day to do as you please. You don’t have to decide right now you can decide on that morning to tour with the guide or own your own! Just let us say whatever you decide don’t miss Bear Tooth Pass! Or ask the Guide for some info on where to go he is there for you to get the knowledge so you get the vacation you want.

Day 5: (190 miles) After 2 days of experiencing Yellowstone we depart the Old Faithful Inn traveling north visiting the a few old west communities of Nevada and Virginia City, arriving at natural Hot springs where we will a dinner that you will not soon forget and there is plenty of time to relax and experience the natural hot spring pools after Dinner.

Day 6: ( 130 miles ) As we head northwest and Ride the old Scenic route through the mountains. We will have time to stop and do some souvenir hunting old west style! We eventually will work our way back and jump on the prettiest section of interstate you will ever see. We will travel on I-90 for last part of our journey back to Missoula for our fair well dinner. By this time you will have built new friendships that will last for a lifetime as well as your memories that you will take with you.
